USER ACCEPTANCE
The purpose of this document (hereinafter referred to as the PRIVACY POLICY) is to regulate the use of the application which VALVER, S.L. makes available to the user.
The applicable intellectual property rights, its source code, the databases and the various elements it contains are the property of VALVER, S.L., which has exclusive rights over the application and, in particular, exclusive rights concerning reproduction, distribution, public communication, maintenance and transformation.
The use of the application by a third party confers upon the same user status thereof and implies full acceptance by said user of all the conditions established by this Privacy Policy.

CORRECT USE OF THE APPLICATION
The user undertakes to use the application, the contents and the services in accordance with the Law, this Privacy Policy, good practice and public order. Similarly, the user undertakes not to use the application or the services it provides for purposes or effects that are unlawful or contrary to the content of this Privacy Policy, that harm the interests or rights of third parties, or that in any way may damage, misuse or deteriorate the application itself or its services and prevent the satisfactory use of the application by other users.
In addition, the user expressly undertakes not to destroy, alter, misuse or, in any other way, damage the data, the programmes or the electronic or other documents contained in the present application.
The user undertakes not to block the access of other users to the service through the mass consumption of the computer resources through which VALVER, S.L. provides the service, or to engage in activities which damage, interrupt or generate errors in the aforementioned systems.
The user undertakes not to introduce programmes, viruses, macro instructions, mini-applications, controls of any type or any other logical device or character sequence that cause or may cause any type of alteration in the computer systems of VALVER, S.L. or third parties or, wherever applicable, violate intellectual or industrial property rights.
The user undertakes not to make improper use of the information, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, programmes and, in general, any type of material accessible via the present application or the services it offers.
VALVER, S.L. consequently declines all liability arising from any damage any visitor to this application may suffer in their technological resources (computerised or telematic) as a consequence of the occurrence of any of the circumstances or events described in the above paragraph. Similarly, VALVER, S.L. does not guarantee that the application and the server are free of viruses and shall not be liable for any damage arising from access to the application or from the impossibility of accessing it.
VALVER, S.L. is not responsible for information that may be obtained via links to external systems from this application.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
This application and all its contents, including the texts, documents, photographs, drawings, graphic representations, databases, computer programmes, as well as the logos, trademarks, commercial names and other distinctive signs, are the property of VALVER, S.L. or the third parties that have been authorised to use it.

SYSTEM OF LIABILITY
Liability of VALVER, S.L. through the use of the application:
The user is solely liable for any breaches it may incur and for any damages it may cause or which may be caused to it through the use of the present application. For its part, VALVER, S.L. is released of any liability that may be derived from the actions of the user.
The user shall be solely liable for any legal claim or action, judicial or extrajudicial, initiated by third persons against VALVER, S.L. based on the use of the application by the user. In this case, the user shall pay all expenses, costs and compensation payments claimed against VALVER, S.L. in relation to any legal claims or actions attributed to it.
Liability of VALVER, S.L. for the functioning of the application:
VALVER, S.L. waives any liability that may arise from transfers, omissions, interruptions, undesired interference, telecommunication defects, computer viruses, telephonic faults or disconnections in the functional operation of the electronic system caused by factors beyond the control of VALVER, S.L.
Liability of VALVER, S.L. for links via the application:
VALVER, S.L. declines any liability with regard to information (content) (technical, moral or financial harm) which is outside the application and may be accessed via a link from within it, given that the function of the links that appear is solely to provide information about a specific subject.

DATA PROTECTION COMMITMENT AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW ON INFORMATION SOCIETY SERVICES AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE
In compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), VALVER, S.L. informs users that the personal data they provide to complete forms or contract requirements will be collected in files under the responsibility of VALVER, S.L. and will be processed for the purpose of managing the registration and development in the functional programme of the application and to make it possible to provide information about and provide the services and products offered by VALVER, S.L.. Completion of a form in this application implies that the user acknowledges that the information and personal data provided belong to them, and are accurate and true.
The registered user shall, at all times, conserve the option to exercise their rights of access, rectification, opposition, erasure, restricted treatment, portability and objection to the processing of their data. Furthermore, and in compliance with Law 34/2002 of 1 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, you may at any time withdraw the consent provided to receive commercial communications. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of the present Privacy Policy shall be interpreted pursuant to Spanish law. In addition, the user and VALVER, S.L., through its legal representative, waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the domicile of the user to resolve any dispute that may arise. If the domicile of the user is outside Spain, VALVER, S.L. and the user submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona.
