This is a key aspect in the Valver production process. The know-how acquired over more than 30 years of experience and the versatility of this technology allow continuous innovation in the printing of our products.
Application of MERCURY-FREE polyurethane resin in screen or plotter-printed stickers.
Innovative technology used to produce emblems or any type of highly flexible and lightweight 3D components.
It is the quickest, cleanest and most economical way of producing a 3D component with an appearance very similar to chrome and is more beneficial, given that it is has greater flexibility, various finishes, geometrical forms and different textures.
This is the only technology that makes it possible to preserve metallic emblems (aluminium, steel, etc.), since it protects them with a layer of transparent polyurethane resin, giving them excellent resistance to scratching and durability against external elements (ageing, corrosion, UV light, etc.).
For the production of plastic components, Valver includes the injection process within its organisation, which allows exhaustive and direct control of the components from the first moment to their dispatch.
It consists of decoration during the injection process: placement of the film, previously printed and cast, in the mould.
Printing of decorations in polypropylene for subsequent placement in the injection mould. The design therefore becomes part of the final component.
